Too often the cables are
Too often the cables are dismissed entirely, by saying they only contain fluff. We need the entirety of the Monde+Pais+Guardian articles in one place imo (possibly without the actual fluff). Also there's plenty of stuff concerning Africa on Le Monde that I've never seen quoted anywhere else.
